Every person is different, requiring a Unique Balance Plan designed to help them uncover the root cause of their mental and or physical dissonance. We all have barriers from deep within our subconscious that keep us in survival mode, rather than living a thriving, fulfilling life. As a Healing arts Practitioner, I offer (separately or in combination) Life Coaching, Yoga and Reiki to help clients break through perceived barriers, face transition with heart-centered consciousness, and navigate the highs and lows of everyday life with grace and ease.
Life Coaching supports individuals on their journey to empowerment, knowing themselves on their soul level, and living a mindful, purpose driven life. The ability to do deep inner work and mindfully becoming your authentic self is the basis of real transformation. Life coaching fosters a change in negative or self-sabotaging behavior patterns which no longer serve you and keep you continually stuck. These changes create both subtle and dramatic shifts on both the conscious and subconscious levels. These heart-centered shifts promote self-love and acceptance which are the foundations for positive, lasting change and growth.
Reiki is a simple, intuitive Japanese relaxation technique over 2,500 years old. It is a natural therapy that gently balances one’s energies, reduces stress and promotes a deep feeling of relaxation. This triggers the body’s natural abilities to improve and maintain health, and in turn raises the vibrational frequency of the body and mind. This powerful yet subtle energy work is truly a system of creating and promoting wholeness and balance between mind, body, emotion and spirit.
Yoga is an ancient art in which breath and movement are synchronized, creating focused balance on the mat which in turn positively impacts everyday life. It is a tool to open the mind and body~to transform you by removing physical and mental barriers which block one’s potential and limits the fullest expression of oneself. It is based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead to a noticeable decrease in stress and anxiety and at the same time increasing inner wisdom, peace and well-being.
